CLOUD 9

Cloud 9, as its name implies, is high up in the sky. It's got to be the highest bar in Shanghai, perched on top of Grand Hyatt Hotel in Pudong. Cloud 9 features minimal lighting. Views at Cloud 9 are not as marvelous as expected, but still very impressive.
