EL COCTEL

El Coctel is one of a handfull of little bars and lounges that have opened on Yongfu Road in the forer French Concession area of Shanghai. El Coctel was opened by the Spanish chef who is more famous for El Willy Restaurant (unfortunate name for Brits). El Coctel has a hidden entrance up to the 2nd floor, but once inside it has a lovely lounge atmosphere with excellent food (sandwiches) and it is popular after 10 or 11pm. But it is very expensive! Not what people would call good value for money.
