Monsoon Bar Shanghai is housed in the new Pier One complex, in an art deco building by Suzhou Creek - a bit out of the way. Monsoon Bar is on the rooftop of the building, with nice decor and big windows offering open view which is attractive, even though nearby buildings not gorgeous.
