Bali Laguna is perched on a lake in the middle of Jing An Park. Beautiful, romantic and mellow atmosphere, and lovely evening seating outdoors near the lake. Food at Bali Laguna does not quite match up. Try the beef rendang.

Entrance a bit hard to find. It's on the corner of Hua Shan Road and Yan'An Road (below overpass).
